Jacob’s career began as a Senior Executive Recruiter with other search firms, where he quickly distinguished himself with his deep understanding of the Infection Prevention field and his ability to match top talent with organizations in need of their skills. During this time, he also made valuable contributions to industry organizations such as APIC (Association for Professionals in Infection Prevention and Epidemiology) and NAHQ (National Association for Healthcare Quality).
Jacob’s exceptional recruiting success has been recognized with numerous awards and honors, including being named a “Big Biller” by Sanford Rose Associates for being a top performing recruiter nationwide from 2018 to 2020.
