This Registered Nurse – Infection Control opportunity is with a growing acute care hospital in Arizona. Reporting to the Director of Quality, the role is responsible for leading Infection Prevention efforts across the 200-bed facility, including infection surveillance, reporting, investigations, education, and regulatory support. Candidates should have strong working knowledge of NHSN and infection definitions, familiarity with TJC standards, chart audit experience, and prior hospital-based Infection Prevention experience, ideally in a similarly sized facility. The team is specifically looking for someone with stable work history rather than frequent job movement. A current professional license is required, along with CPR and CIC certification or the ability to obtain CIC within two years. Acute care experience is required, and additional Infection Prevention or epidemiology experience is preferred.
