A respected healthcare organization in Georgia is seeking a skilled and motivated Senior Coordinator of Infection Control to support infection prevention efforts across two hospital campuses totaling approximately 120 beds. Reporting to the Manager of Infection Prevention, this role focuses on reducing infection risk through data-driven surveillance, policy development, staff education, and collaboration across clinical departments. The Senior Coordinator will participate in performance improvement initiatives, serve on internal committees, and play a key role in maintaining compliance with state, federal, and accreditation standards.

Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree (Master’s in Public Health preferred) and have at least two years of recent healthcare experience, including one year in a clinical infection control role. Certification in Infection Control (CIC) is required, and registered nurses must be licensed in the state of Georgia. Strong communication skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to work independently within a team-driven environment are essential.
