Text Messaging Terms

Last updated: September 24, 2026

These terms cover text messages (SMS) sent by Clutch Recruitment LLC (“Clutch,” “we,” “us”) and our recruiters. They apply alongside our Privacy Policy.

Program description

Clutch Recruitment recruiters send one-to-one text messages to Infection Prevention professionals who have asked to hear from us: introductions, details about specific roles that fit what you told us you are looking for, interview scheduling and reminders, and follow-ups on conversations already in progress.

How you opt in

You opt in by providing your mobile number on one of our website forms (the candidate introduction forms or the contact form), each of which carries a consent notice under the phone field, or by texting or calling a Clutch recruiter first. We never buy, rent, or share lists of mobile numbers.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies. Messages are sent by a person, in the course of a conversation with you — not on a schedule.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply. Check with your wireless carrier for details of your plan.

How to stop

Reply STOP to any message to opt out. You will receive one confirmation text and no further messages from that number. Reply START to opt back in. You can also email info@clutchrecruitment.com to be removed.

How to get help

Reply HELP to any message, email info@clutchrecruitment.com, or call (423) 558-0223.

Your information

We use your mobile number only to communicate with you about recruiting. We do not share, sell, or provide your mobile phone number or messaging consent data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes, and text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. Your consent to receive texts is given directly to Clutch Recruitment for this program; it is not bundled into any other agreement. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle personal information.

Carriers

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers include the major U.S. carriers; delivery is subject to your carrier and device.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time; the date above shows the current version.
